BUS WIRING HARNESS, 1968-1969 & 1970-1971 Benefits to owning a bay window bus are endless. Very few car manufacturers have achieved the perfect combination of style and functionality that were offered in these iconic vehicles. One such benefit to owning them is their simplicity. They weren’t equipped with computers or sensors that can sometimes provide false “readings”. Instead they came with a straight forward wiring design that even a mechanically lacking individual could attempt to troubleshoot. That being said, the simple design is not impervious to aging. Like most things in a vehicle of this age, the need for replacement is inevitable. Wolfsburg West acknowledges this need. Consistent with all the harnesses we manufacture, these contain ISO certified copper wire, all necessary grommets, connectors and detailed instructions for installation. Also our PVC wrapped wire is impregnated with the colored stripe that often times is faded, burnt, or completely missing from your original harness.
